For over 60 years the company has been providing the world’s best athletes and motorsports enthusiasts in the pursuit of performance excellence with the most technologically advanced products which fuse protection, performance, innovation and style.Thanks to the outstanding quality and continuous innovation of our products, we are currently going through a solid expansion phase on the global market, for which we aim to reinforce our strongly international teams with top talent from anywhere in the world.PositionWe are currently seeking a Sales Support Coordinator – Direct Market responsible for coordinating the daily activities of the Sales Support team serving direct markets, ensuring operational excellence, outstanding customer service, and alignment with business objectives.The role acts as a key link between Sales Management, customers, agents, logistics, and internal departments to support commercial growth, optimize processes, and achieve company KPIs.Manages the sales support team and coordinates all office activities, aiming to ensure excellent service standards and a high level of customer satisfaction, making sure that requests from the network or any customer issues are handled professionally, accurately, and on time. If a dealer is satisfied, they become the best brand ambassador for a company's products and services, loyal to the brand, more likely to buy the service/product again, and ultimately more profitable in the long run.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and oversee the daily activities of the Sales Support team dedicated to direct marketsTranslate Sales Management strategy into daily activities,
ensuring alignment with business priorities and achievement of company KPIsMonitor team workload, priorities, and performance to ensure service excellence and operational efficiencyAnalyze and evaluate existing workflows, identifying opportunities for process improvements and enhanced effectivenessPropose and implement new processes aimed at improving customer satisfaction and service qualityAnalyze logistics and operational flows within the Sales Support function, identifying bottlenecks and improvement opportunitiesDevelop and implement operational solutions to support business growth and expansion in emerging marketsProvide daily support to sales agents and customers, ensuring timely and effective response to requests and issuesManage the end-to-end order process, ensuring accuracy, compliance with commercial agreements, and on-time fulfillmentMonitor key performance indicators and support continuous improvement initiatives across the Sales Support organization.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, International Business, or a related fieldExcellent knowledge of English; additional languages are considered a plusProven experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, Sales Operations, or Order Management within an international environmentStrong team coordination and organizational skillsExperience in workflow analysis, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiativesGood understanding of logistics processes and order management operationsCustomer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical skills with a KPI-driven approachProficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly ExcelLocation: Caerano San Marco (TV) - on site jobSalary package: from 40.000€ + meal voucher + welfare
