Key Responsibilities1.Order Processing (Core)Receive, verify, process and track sales orders timely and accuratelyCoordinate with internal teams (sales, warehouse, finance) to resolve order issuesUpdate order records in CRM/ERP systems and generate status reports2.Marketing SupportAssist in organizing marketing events (trade shows, webinars, product launches)Support collateral preparation and data compilation (customer lists, campaign metrics)Job Requirements1+ year of experience in sales admin, order processing or related roles; marketing support experience is a plusProficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with CRM/ERP toolsStrong attention to detail, multi-tasking skills and communication abilitiesFlexible, proactive and able to work independently
