About the RoleThe Test Item Developer will be based in Florence HQ (hybrid mode is possible) and will have the opportunity to work in a stimulating work environment alongside talented professionals.We are looking for a self-driven and highly collaborative professional. She/he will be part of the Bulk Selections team and will work with leading Universities and Institutions.
She/he will have a crucial role in ensuring we develop for our clients the best ad-hoc aptitude/ability tests to guarantee an effective and efficient assessment process and a great candidate experience.His/Her responsibilities will include:Follow the end-to-end process of creating an ad-hoc aptitude or ability testCreate item-banks and being able to manage them in an online databaseReview tests created by external stakeholdersAnalyze data after tests’ administration and create custom reports on resultsWho we are looking for:Very good knowledge of basic notions of scientific school subjects, such as: Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, etc.High sense of detailCritical thinkingReliability, flexibility, and great interpersonal skillsCuriosity and opennessAptitude with teamworking and meeting deadlinesVery good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint in particular)Very good knowledge of written EnglishFluency in Italian and EnglishWhat we offer:Development of high-level technical expertise in a leading CompanyInternational and stimulating work environmentExposure and hands-on experienceThe opportunity to be part of the transformation journey of a growing global companyEqual Opportunity StatementGiunti Psychometrics is an equal opportunity employer.
