As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level support to Partners and senior stakeholders, playing a critical role in enabling their effectiveness and impact.You will collaborate with consultants, clients, and operations teams across offices and regions, acting as a central coordination point to ensure seamless communication, scheduling, and execution of priorities. You will be part of a high-performing administrative community that shares best practices and continuously improves the way we work.WHAT YOU’LL DOAs an Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to senior leaders,



ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and enabling them to focus on strategic priorities.Your responsibilities will include:Managing complex calendars across multiple time zones, scheduling internal and client meetings, and anticipating conflictsCoordinating domestic and international travel arrangements, including logistics, itineraries, and expense managementPreparing and editing presentations, documents, reports, and correspondence with a high level of accuracy and professionalismSupporting client engagement activities by coordinating meetings, materials, and follow-upsActing as a key liaison between executives, consultants, clients, and other stakeholdersManaging confidential information with discretion and integritySupporting internal initiatives, team events, and office activities as neededMonitoring priorities and proactively flagging upcoming deadlines or potential risksIdentifying opportunities to improve administrative processes and drive efficiencyYou will play a vital role in ensuring operational excellence, maintaining strong professional relationships, and contributing to a positive team environment.Travel coordination may be required. Flexibility in working hours may occasionally be necessary based on business needs.ABOUT YOUEducation and Experience:Bachelor’s degree5 years of experience in an Executive AssistantExperience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, professional services environment is a plusFluent in English (written and spoken)Technical Skills and Knowledge:Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook,



PowerPoint, Excel, Word)Strong experience with calendar management and virtual collaboration toolsAbility to prepare high-quality documents and presentationsComfort working with digital tools and adapting quickly to new systemsOrganizational and Interpersonal Skills:Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across all levels of the organizationHigh level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive informationProactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independentlyAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentFlexibility, resilience, and a collaborative team-oriented approachOther Qualities:Strong sense of ownership and accountabilityService-oriented mindset with a focus on excellenceAbility to thrive in an international, multicultural environmentIn accordance with applicable Italian pay transparency requirements, Bain & Company provides information regarding the compensation applicable to this position. The annualized base salary for this role in Italy is between 37,000 and 47,000€ gross per year.This compensation has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria and reflects the compensation normally applicable to this position at the time of publication.This role is eligible for an annual performance bonus of up to 7,500€ gross .Premio awards are discretionary and actual bonus outcomes depend on individual and firm performance.This position is subject to the provisions of Contratto Collettivo Nazionale di Lavoro per i lavoratori addetti all’industria metalmeccanica e della installazione
