In this role you will partner with Italian hospitals to tackle operational, clinical, and strategic challenges that affect patient care. You will work with hospital leadership and clinicians to analyze data, map patient pathways, and identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and outcomes.
You will drive multiple engagements using structured problem-solving, healthcare analytics, and AI-enabled approaches, delivering actionable recommendations and measurable impact. This position blends consulting rigor with healthcare expertise in a mission-driven environment.

You will join a cross-functional team shaping transformational healthcare improvements in Italy.

- Lead and support consulting engagements from assessment to implementation and impact measurement
- Analyze clinical, operational, and financial data to identify improvement opportunities and craft actionable recommendations
- Perform patient pathway, OR utilization, capacity management,



and KPI analyses to support transformation initiatives
- Facilitate workshops and interviews with hospital leadership, clinicians, and operational stakeholders
- Create executive-ready presentations, reports, and recommendations for management and clinical stakeholders
- Manage multiple project workstreams ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of healthcare consulting experience
- Experience working with hospital leadership and clinical stakeholders
- Experience analyzing healthcare data and translating findings into recommendations
- Experience preparing executive-level presentations for senior stakeholders
- Professional proficiency in Italian and English
