Bending Spoons in Milan is seeking a talented lawyer to join our lightweight, growth‑oriented legal team. You’ll draft and negotiate confidentiality, consulting, licensing and SaaS agreements; review terms for global product launches; and coordinate with outside counsel on technology, IP, consumer protection and AI governance.

You’ll advise across the business, help manage disputes, support labour matters, and build scalable tools with AI workflows.
