Eurostars Hotels is geared towards of offering guests a travel experience that goes beyond just enjoying a comfortable room. brWe are seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager with a background in hotel sales in Italy, and a client-focused mindset. brThis role will be responsible for the commercial coordination and support of a portfolio of 12 existing hotels, as well as any future Eurostars hotels added within the Italian market. The primary focus will be on Corporate accounts, with active support to the MICE segment. brbrManage relationships with Corporate clients, agencies, and key accounts, while supporting MICE sales opportunities. brCoordinate commercial activity across the current 12-hotel portfolio and future hotels entering the Italian market. brIdentify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, telemarketing, and Corporate and MICE sales strategies. brConduct sales calls, client meetings, and hotel tours, presenting accommodation, meeting, and event facilities. brRepresent the company at trade shows, roadshows, workshops, and other industry events. brMonitor account activity and sales KPIs, maintain CRM records, and prepare commercial reports. brManage client requests and support the resolution of commercial issues through clear and professional communication. brbrDegree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
