Competence, exclusivity and passion are the distinctive values of our brand and thanks to our constant expansion we are currently looking for:JUNIOR FINANCE CONTROLLER (m/w/d)The Junior Finance Controller will support improving the holistic reporting and KPI system to track and analyse financial, business and operational performance/budget deviations and delivering business analysis helpful to address strategic business decisions; Key responsibilitiesSupport controlling function and Performance Management for overall Italy (Direct and Franchise) regarding financial and operational performanceSupport in the preparation of reports, presentations and analyses for Top Management and Head-quartersFinancial support and planning for business cases and expansion projectsmanaging the reporting and KPI set as well as corresponding processes to monitor the businessEnsure budget tracking measures and analyze possible deviationsSupporting cost management activities as well as measures to improve efficiencyDevelop business analysis (e.G. customer analysis, marketing and recruiting activities ROI,…)
