Every day will bring new challenges and opportunities to showcase your technical expertise and problem-solving skills.What You'll Do:Engage with VIP customers to address their technical inquiries and provide troubleshooting assistance for electronic products, particularly smartphones.Utilize your in-depth knowledge of hardware, software, operating systems, and troubleshooting techniques to deliver effective solutions.Handle escalated technical issues with efficiency and professionalism,
