ppAs Functional Training Coordinator, you shape and execute training strategy for fintech-specific competencies within Product Compliance. You design role-based curricula for domains like payments, KYC/AML, licensing, and consumer protection, coordinating internal experts and external providers. You ensure materials stay current with evolving products and regulations while measuring impact to continuously improve onboarding and capability across teams. and stakeholder communications /liliKeep training content aligned with regulatory updates and collaborate with Corporate Learning Development /liliTrack participation, outcomes, and program effectiveness, driving continuous improvement and onboarding support /liliAt least 2 years in learning development, enablement, or program/project management, preferably in fintech or financial services /liliWorking understanding of financial regulations and fintech landscape to translate changes into learning needs /liliProactive, program-driven mindset with ability to manage multiple initiatives and coordinate experts and vendors /liliAbility to take ownership and collaborate across Product, Technology, Operations, Legal, Finance, Compliance, FinCrime, etc. /liliExperience with learning platforms (LMS) and measuring learning effectiveness; instructional design or compliance/risk background is a plus /li /ulpAs Functional Training Coordinator, you shape and execute training strategy for fintech-specific competencies within Product Compliance.
