Joining the company means working in a fast-growing environment where engineering expertise has a direct impact on how satellites are built, qualified and delivered.About your mission:Space Industries S.P.A. is looking for an experienced IT System Specialist to join its IT team.The role focuses on the administration on‑premises, virtualized, and cloud‑based infrastructures, within a security and compliance‑driven environment (ISO 27001, GDPR, NIS2).The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring system security, operational continuity, working closely with internal stakeholders and security functions.Key ResponsibilitiesSecure configuration, hardening, and maintenance of Windows, Linux, virtualization platforms, and cloud environments, in line with industry security standardsCreation, editing and maintenance of access and access groups, and Azure Active Directory federationInfrastructure monitoring, support, and maintenanceData protection activities aligned with GDPR, ISO 27001, and NIS2, including audit support and security documentationBackup management and supporting Infrastructure as Code practicesContinuous security improvement, threat monitoring, proactive risk reduction,
and participation in security awareness initiativesRequired Skills & Experience3-4 years of experience as a System Specialist / IT Infrastructure EngineerKnowledge of Windows and Linux operating systemsExperience with virtualized and cloud environmentsBackground in IT security, system hardening, and complianceHands‑on experience with Azure Active Directory, IAM, SSO, and MFAFluent knowledge of the English language, both written and spokenDriving license and own vehicleSoft SkillsHigh level of autonomy in the roleStrong collaboration and proactivityExcellent problem‑solving skillsAbility to work in structured, security‑focused environmentNice to HaveRelevant certifications (e.G.
