This full‑time on‑site position offers opportunities for career growth.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate Agile team events and iterative development cycles for software and automation components, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.Guide team members and stakeholders in Agile ways of working, promoting accountability, ownership, effective collaboration, transparency, and a results‑driven culture.Drive continuous improvement through reviews and retrospectives, identifying improvement opportunities, tracking action plans, and enhancing delivery quality and efficiency.Proactively manage dependencies, risks, and impediments, coordinating with related teams, resolving blockers, and escalating complex issues when necessary.Collaborate closely with software engineers, automation specialists, system architects, validation teams, and other stakeholders to provide visibility into progress, risks, and delivery status.Experience & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science,
