YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESLead and manage the company’s intranet project as project manager, including concept development, coordination of stakeholders, and implementation of new structures and communication formats together with the IT departmentDevelop and implement a content and channel strategy to enhance communication effectiveness and employee engagementContinuously improve and innovate internal communication tools, such as the company intranet, to foster effective knowledge management and employee connectivityProduce internal communication materials to support content dissemination and project updatesManage South Tyrolian media relations, acting as the first point of contact for press inquiries and ensuring timely and accurate responsesConceptualize and create comprehensive international press clippings and media monitoring reportsYOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSBachelor's or Master’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing or a related fieldPrevious work experience in a similar role,
