Alfadocs is a SaaS platform for dental practices in Milano, Italy. We seek an Account Manager Team Leader who will own a portfolio of ~500 practices and drive revenue growth through upsell, retention, and referrals using our WIN Framework.

The role is a player-coach leadership position within the CS group. The team leader will coach, mentor, and align with CSMs, Onboarding, and Support, ensuring top performance and a seamless customer experience across the journey.
