ppThe Global PC team is an Allianz SE department established in 2011, building on the Center of Competence initiative launched in 2005. Its mission is to support all Allianz PC Entities in achieving technical excellence by leveraging Allianz capabilities across data management, tariff development, portfolio analysis, and monitoring. The Global PC Pricing team defines standards, best practices, and guidelines — and supports their implementation — across the full pricing lifecycle. The team is currently embedding Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI into insurance pricing processes through agentic architectures, working at the intersection of actuarial science, data engineering, and cutting-edge AI. /p h3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liDesign and develop end-to-end AI architectures for insurance pricing, spanning retrieval and knowledge systems, agentic workflows, and production deployment. /li liLead the integration of AI and ML models (GLMs, LightGBM), rating engines, and portfolio data into agentic architectures, enabling pricing analysts to interact with the pricing stack in natural language. /li liBuild and maintain LLM-powered tools that accelerate tariff analysis, pricing code generation, what-if simulations, and regulatory documentation. /li liRapidly prototype AI solutions and present them in workshops and advisory sessions with senior stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights. /li liCollaborate closely with actuaries, data scientists, and AI Transformation Architects to ensure AI solutions are scalable, robust, and aligned with business objectives. /li liContribute to the definition of AI architecture standards and best practices within the Global PC Pricing team. /li /ul h3EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Physics, Computer Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related discipline).
/li liAt least 3‑5 years of practical experience in designing and deploying end‑to‑end GenAI solutions, gained in a professional context. /li liHands‑on experience with end‑to‑end AI architectures, LLM‑powered tools, and AI/ML model integration (GLMs, LightGBM, or similar). /li liProficiency in Python; familiarity with SQL, ETL processes, and data modelling is a plus. /li liHands‑on knowledge of Cloud Services (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure). /li liHands‑on experience with LLM APIs and model providers (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, HuggingFace). /li liHands‑on experience with agentic and RAG frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen) and vector databases (e.g., pgvector, Weaviate, Pinecone). /li liFamiliarity with MLOps and model serving concepts (e.g., MLflow, CI/CD pipelines) is a plus. /li liFamiliarity with Git, containerisation (Docker), and orchestration concepts (Kubernetes). /li liAI Solutions Architect— ability to design, implement, and govern scalable AI solution architectures across the full development lifecycle. /li liFluent in Italian and English (written and spoken). /li liInternational experience (academic or work‑related) is a plus. /li liStrong team player with excellent written and spoken communication skills; ability to engage effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. /li liGenuine passion for Artificial Intelligence and authentic curiosity about insurance, risk modelling, and pricing.
/li /ul pPursuant to Article 5(1) of Legislative Decree No. 96 of 7 May 2026, as amended and supplemented from time to time, the range applicable to the position offered is between € 40.000 gross and € 50.000 gross. Employment will be subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the National Collective Labor Agreement for Insurance Companies and the applicable Company Agreement.
