ph3Job Description Summary /h3pPharmacy Account Specialist is responsible for the comprehensive management of pharmacy operations, including chains and pharmacy groups, and its related stakeholders. This field‑force role involves defining and managing territory strategy, leveraging positioning tools such as commercial negotiations, marketing campaigns, training delivery, and promotion of generic medicine penetration across Italy. It also includes structured market intelligence collection and collaboration with corporate functions to drive continuous improvement. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliAct as a territory manager within the assigned geographical areas, identifying target customers (and/or groups and/or chains) and prioritizing them based on the company’s market segmentation. /liliDefine and achieve sales, efficiency, and performance objectives for each pharmacy, respecting agreed timelines and plans. /liliIndependently select, within the assigned budget, the most appropriate initiatives to support client needs. /liliDefine and directly manage the best negotiation strategies within shared plans to maximize economic and financial objectives for each client. /liliDesign and implement the client‑management strategy, planning the best mix of marketing campaigns, commercial presentations, training modules, and other elements to support agreed objectives, leveraging deep knowledge and local market sensitivity. /liliEnsure customer satisfaction through strong relationship‑building skills. /liliPursue agreed contact, coverage, and frequency objectives, defining optimisation strategies autonomously,
including individual choices regarding communication channels provided by the company. /liliEnsure timely delivery of data, reports, and analyses ahead of area meetings, respecting deadlines to enable continuous adaptation and alignment across territories. /liliSupport digital initiatives and collect related consents. /liliStand out as an ambassador of Sandoz ethics and values in the territory, managing client interactions in full compliance with company policies and procedures. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliPrevious experience within Sales Rep or other generics industry roles. /liliRobust knowledge of the company portfolio. /liliExperience in customer relationship and stakeholder management. /liliAnalytical skills and a selling mindset. /liliResults‑orientation and determination to meet and exceed company expectations. /liliBusiness acumen and competition arena awareness and understanding. /liliProven listening and communication skills. /liliProblem‑solving within clear compliance and regulatory boundaries, in full respect of company SOPs. /liliFluency in Italian and English. /li /ulh3Compensation /h3pSandoz compensation is determined by job level, qualifications, niche skills, experience, and location within company salary ranges. Fully proficient and highly effective employees can expect a starting salary around the market median, with entries at the lower end for new or less experienced individuals and higher ends for those with sustained superior or niche skills.
