ppIn this role you support daily manufacturing operations at the Sesto Fiorentino site, working across packaging, formulation, filling or visual inspection under experienced guidance. You will help ensure efficient, safe, and compliant production with a focus on continuous improvement. As part of the Process Team, you collaborate across shifts and with QA, planning, and technical functions to sustain a quality culture and meet production targets. This is a development-focused opportunity with structured on-the-job training and mentorship, meaningful for advancing in pharma manufacturing.



/pulliCoordinate shop floor activities and organize daily production tasks /liliSupport compliant execution of production operations with Supervisors and technical teams /liliCollaborate with Planning to align production plan with priorities /liliAssist in achieving daily targets and address deviations while upholding Safety and Quality /liliCollect and report production metrics and performance data /liliContribute to deviation investigations and related reporting /liliSupport capital and operating expense projects in the production area /liliMaintain technical knowledge and training standards within the department /liliPromote and support an interdependent HSE culture /liliPartner with QA Associates to sustain GMP-driven quality practices /liliMaster's degree in a scientific discipline (Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology) /lili1-3 years of experience in manufacturing environments (internship or thesis in pharma/complex industry is a plus) /liliGood command of English /liliBasic knowledge of GMP and HSE regulations /liliWillingness to develop understanding of manufacturing processes and operations /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
