Indivduals and Societies across the IB DP and MPPlan and deliver engaging, inquiry-based lessons aligned with IB philosophyPrepare students for IB assessments, including Internal Assessments and final examinationsSupport students in developing critical thinking, writing and analytical skillsMonitor and track student progress, providing clear and constructive feedbackContribute to curriculum development and collaborative planning within the departmentMaintain high standards of teaching, learning and classroom practiceEngage positively with parents and the wider school communityContribute to the broader life of the school, including extracurricular activitiesUphold safeguarding and child protection procedures at all timesTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:A recognised teaching qualificationExperience teaching Business Management at secondary levelStrong subject knowledgeExcellent communication and organisational skillsA collaborative and student-centred approach to teachingLegal right to live and work in Italy (EU passport or valid work permit)SAFEGUARDING STATEMENT:Inspired Education Group is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff, volunteers and other third parties to share this commitment.
