pul liProspect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. /li liResponsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy. /li liHave strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team. /li /ul h3Responsibilities /h3 ul libSales Ordering Planning /b: Develop sales and ordering plans based on corporate marketing objectives and market demand. /li libInventory Management /b: Perform daily/monthly statistical analysis on vehicle "Purchase-Sales-Inventory" (PSI) and provide timely reports to stakeholders. /li libMarketing Strategy /b: Achieve corporate KPIs by developing and adjusting automotive marketing strategies aligned with market dynamics. /li libDealer Management /b: Conduct daily management, training, and guidance for dealers, while supervising and evaluating sales performance to ensure alignment with targets. /li libRelationship Management /b:



Regularly visit key dealers to maintain relationships and resolve critical issues for key accounts. /li libCustomer Satisfaction /b: Implement Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) surveys and drive rectification measures for complaints or performance gaps. /li libOperational Monitoring /b: Monitor terminal dealer operations and key account business performance. /li libRetail Marketing Logistics Execution /b: Oversee dealer communication content, CI/VI uniformity, and advertising support policies. Finalize monthly orders/production scheduling. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liWith over 5 years OEM sales work experience in Italy; Candidates with sales management experience in Italy for automotive brands from China are preferred. /li liProficient in Italian, fluent in English can be used as working language. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
