As such, you play a key role in shaping the electronic backbone of high-performance optical payloads that operate at the frontier of space. You help define and realise robust avionics architectures that enable Earth observation, environmental monitoring, defence‑related remote sensing and planetary science missions. From concept to procurement and integration, your work ensures that every electronic subsystem performs reliably in the most demanding space environments. You translate complex system needs into practical,
buildable and procurable solutions that directly contribute to mission success and high‑impact decision‑making from orbit. /p h3Requirements /h3ulliA Master’s degree in electronics engineering, avionics, aerospace engineering, electrical engineering or a related field. /liliExperience in electronics or avionics development for aerospace, space, defense or other high‑reliability systems. /liliStrong understanding of electronic architectures including power, data handling, control electronics and sensor interfaces. /liliExperience with procurement, supplier management or sourcing of electronic components, boards or subsystems. /liliAbility to write and review technical documentation such as specifications, interface documents and supplier statements of work. /liliA structured, pragmatic and delivery‑oriented mindset with strong communication skills across multidisciplinary teams. /li /ul h3Responsibilities /h3ulliDefine and support the electronics and avionics architecture of optical payloads and translate system requirements into robust electronic concepts, interfaces and specifications. /liliDrive procurement activities for electronic subsystems, including supplier selection, technical alignment, quotations and make‑or‑buy decisions. /liliAct as the technical interface with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring alignment on design, quality,
