ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the Agency team in the day-to-day management of performing financing transactions /li liAssist with onboarding of new mandates, including collection and review of transaction documentation /li liSupport with data remediation and data quality activities related to the credit portfolio /li liMaintain and update transaction data, records and reporting within the management system /li liSupport drawdowns, repayments, interest calculations, payment processes and reconciliation activities /li liMonitor key contractual dates, conditions precedent and ongoing obligations /li liAssist in the preparation of client communications, notices and periodic reports /li liLiaise with internal teams and external stakeholders (lenders, borrowers, legal advisors) /li liSupport portfolio monitoring activities /li liAssist senior team members on restructuring or special situation mandates, including:



amendments and waivers restructuring of existing facilities coordination across multiple creditor groups /li liContribute to process optimisation and data quality initiatives /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Economics, Finance, Law or related fields /li li0–2 years of experience in financial services, banking, consulting, transaction services or similar environments /li liStrong interest in financial transactions and credit markets /li liSolid analytical and organisational skills with strong attention to detail /li liAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines /li liProactive and reliable attitude, with a willingness to learn /li liGood communication skills /li liFluent in Italian and in English (written and spoken) /li liGood Excel skills; familiarity with financial systems or reporting tools is a plus /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
