Experteer Italy is seeking a Training & Site Compliance H&S; Specialist to design, implement and continuously improve the Site HSE Training & Competence Program. You will ensure employees, contractors and visitors are trained according to their roles, and you will support the Site HSE Management System across production activities.

You will coordinate Seveso-related training, MAPP/SMS alignment, and safety culture initiatives, collaborating with HR, Operations, Engineering and Quality to deliver
