We are at the forefront of future engineering technologies, with solutions that ensure the success of our clients in key industries that are shaping the future of the world we live in. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAll commercial, financial, tax, insurance and contractual issues /li liManage Bonds Guarantees to be issued in sales phase and execution phase /li liManage together with sales the insurance concept /li liManage involving sales and FOH external/internal consortium agreements /li liCheck and complete Digital SCAP filled by Sales /li liSupport sales in preparing contract comments and negotiating with customer /li liSend to AH Tax dpt. project presentation and tax concept request /li liContribute to sales risk analysis (contract, supply chain matters) /li liSupport the PM in the preparation of the kick‑off meeting for legal and insurance aspects, checking the contract (except technical part) to identify contractual risks and chances (e.g. contractual deadline and formalities) /li liExecution of commercial, financial, tax, insurance and contractual tasks /li liParticipation in the take‑over process (Sales → Contract Execution) including order intake /li liSupport project cost controlling (controlling) /li liSupport invoicing and accounts receivables management (accounting)
