Conducting proactive candidate scouting and sourcing across LinkedIn, job boards, and talent databasesSupporting interview scheduling and coordination for open rolesCreating and maintain recruitment pipelines and reporting for the Senior TA SpecialistConducting initial candidate outreach and screening conversationsCollaborating with the wider TA team on search strategy and role requirementsSupporting with ad hoc reporting, presentations and internal meetingsRequirementsPrevious experience with sourcing, Boolean search creation, and candidate conversations (even a short internship or academic project is welcome)Fluent Italian and English, used dailyAny additional European language is a plus, with preference for French, German, Dutch, or SpanishStrong organizational skills and attention to detail for pipeline tracking and reportingComfort working in a fast-paced,
