We are looking for a Laboratory Specialist for our Agricultural & Environmental Solutions Laboratory in Bresso (MI), Italy.MissionThe Laboratory Specialist assists the Laboratory Manager in developing new projects to promote Azelis products and incorporate them into customers' finished product formulations in the agrochemical market.Main AccountabilitiesSupport and partially drive development and testing of new formulations, applications, and chemistries:Support and develop new product concepts to enter new customer/market segments; Support the sampling process (for customers, seminars, and exhibitions); Support the sales team by making joint customer visitsSupport customers on production trials if necessaryDrive innovation through the Market segment’s lateral value chain; Supporting the digital team in creating the digital content for the customer portal; Work in close collaboration with the sales team to support project development and troubleshooting; Ensure trackingand reporting on innovation & pipeline development; Drive and support responsibility for the lab (safety, maintenance and quality standards).Translate the Group’s Sustainability Strategy into concrete job-related action items and contribute actively and timely to the implementation of the sustainability KPIsExperience, Skills & EducationBachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a relevant fieldSpeaking and writing an intermediate level of EnglishMin. 3 years of experience in R&D in the Agro market segmentStrong analytical approach, work towards high-quality standards, and attention to detailSelf-motivated and dynamic mindsetGreat affinity with customers and market dynamicsStrong IT skills and interest in using digital toolsLoves to work in a dynamic and commercially driven team#J-18808-Ljbffr
