IT Kathy Test Winston - Financial AnalystAbout the roleThe Financial Analyst is responsible for providing high-level financial analysis and support to the organization. This position focuses on driving financial performance through detailed reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesManage monthly financial reporting and analysis of budget vs. actual performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop annual operating plans and quarterly forecasts.Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational efficiency.Conduct deep-dive financial modeling to support business investment cases and projects.Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and global reporting standards.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Proven experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or corporate finance.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and experience with ERP systems.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a global team environment.What we offerHere's a glimpse of the great benefits you can expect:We offer a benefit for the supplemental package of mandatory health insurance.Access to Lyra, our confidential Employee Assistance Program, for personal and professional support.We provide a free health check every 4 years, and free fruit on-site.Mandatory participation to the Avery Dennison Pension Fund,
