We are seeking a highly analytical and results-drivenCommercial Finance Analyst / Controllerto join our team. This role is critical in providing financial insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving business performance. The ideal candidate will combine strong financial acumen with excellent communication skills to collaborate across departments and help achieve organizational objectives.Key Responsibilities:Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making in commercial and operational areas.Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for the business unit.Evaluate business performance, track key financial metrics, and provide variance analysis with actionable recommendations.Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to assess the financial impact of strategic initiatives and business opportunities.Conduct profitability analyses for products, services, and customer segments.Assist in preparing financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.Ensure compliance with financial regulations, corporate policies, and internal controls.Support month-end and year-end closing processes in collaboration with the finance team.Drive continuous improvement of financial processes and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Participate in ad-hoc financial projects and provide support for business cases and investment appraisals.Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree or professional certification,
such as ACCA, CIMA, or CPA, is a plus).Proven experience of minimum 5 years in a similar role, preferably in a commercial or business-oriented finance environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and ERP systems (e.G., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively partner with cross-functional teams.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.Fluency in English (both written and spoken); knowledge of other languages is a plus.What We Offer:A dynamic and collaborative work environment.Opportunities for professional development and career growth.Competitive salary and benefits package.The chance to make a significant impact on the company’s overall performance.Thesalaryfor this role starts from €46,000 gross per year, depending on experience and location.
