Nobel Recruitment seeks a high‑ambition Italian market founder to lead growth in a European energy intelligence company. You’ll own Italy, managing a 30/70 inbound/outbound mix and driving ARR growth from the ground up.

Expect hands-on training and mentorship as you learn the products, customers, and energy market. You’ll engage senior stakeholders, travel to events, and aim to hit a €250k-€300k ARR by year two.
