In this role, you drive back-office service operations and financial data management within Siemens Digital Industries Software. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data, reporting, and compliance, contributing to efficient service delivery. The hybrid setup supports independent work on routine tasks while collaborating on global processes. You help translate data into actionable insights to boost operational performance. - Support service delivery workflows by maintaining precise records and contributing to operational reporting that informs business decisions

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operational processes and timely delivery of support services

- Bachelor's degree in Economics or equivalent professional qualification
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including functions, formulas, and data analysis
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately with complex financial and operational data
- Comfortable working independently on routine tasks while contributing collaboratively to team objectives
- Ability to remain calm and organized while managing multiple data entry and reporting tasks in a dynamic environment
