p------------------------------------------ /ppThe repair engineer will take care of the following tasks: /pulliCarries out the analysis of the repairs that arrive in Technoprobe and the preparation of the repair reports for customers; /liliOversees the definition of the flow in order of to repair a card after the green light from customer; /liliDrives and coaches the manufacturing departments on the execution of the repair flow, not less important he/she will perform directly the most complicated tasks; /liliReport and discuss with Repair Manager in case of warranty requests of repairs from customers; /liliReport and discuss with FAE in case of special needed, as weel as report the DOA (Death on Arrival) case. /li /ulh3bRequisiti /b /h3ulliGood English reading, writing, listening in order to understand the internal WI,



the customer claims and in order to prepare the repair reports; /liliNice to have a good English speaking; /liliGood problem solving and ability to think out of the scheme; /liliBS degree or equivalent experience either Electronic (nice to have) or Mechanics; /liliGood knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows; /liliGood communications skills toward customer (nice to have); /liliGood ability to handle small mechanical part under the microscope; /liliTesting competencies, like for example use of e-meter or oscilloscope can be considered ad a plus; /liliNice to have knowledge of electrical diagrams and electronic skills. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
