We are currently looking, on behalf of one of our leading IT clients, for an HR ConsultantKey Responsibilities:Provide one-on-one coaching and consulting to managers to enhance leadership capability and decision-making, in complex scenarios including performance coaching, wellbeing and restructuring programmes.Independently or in collaboration with HR and Legal partners, lead the resolution of policy or culture concerns, incident response,
