Specialista Senior / Project Manager
In this role you will lead BIM authoring and quality assurance for architectural, structural, and MEP models, using Revit and Tekla. You will guide multidisciplinaries, develop BIM standards, and support project implementation across the BUILD Department within the Energy Carriers line. You will enhance modeling processes and interoperable data delivery to meet OpenBIM and project requirements. This is a chance to shape digital design practices at a global energy and infrastructure leader and contribute to the Net Zero transition.

- BIM model authoring and QA across architectural, structural, and MEP domains using Revit and/or Tekla
- guide and support internal teams, external suppliers, and subcontractors in BIM model development and validation
- develop and maintain Revit libraries, templates, families, and Dynamo scripts to improve standards and efficiency
- support BIM Managers and Coordinators in drafting EIRs and BEPs, and ensuring interoperable data models
- coordinate BIM design activities with external parties and project teams to meet objectives
- drive continuous improvement in BIM competencies and alignment with industry best practices
- assess project risks related to BIM implementation and ensure adherence to project standards
- utilize CDE tools (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud) and coordinate BIM data deliveries to client requirements
- apply knowledge of OpenBIM standards, IFC data exchanges, and multidisciplinary design processes in industrial buildings
- maintain awareness of IP protection and data security in BIM workflows
- 5+ years as a Senior BIM Specialist in the Oil & Gas sector
- extensive experience with Autodesk Revit for Architectural/MEP and knowledge of OpenBIM standards
- advanced modeling techniques in Revit and Tekla for A/MEP/Structural in industrial buildings
- strong experience with IFC/BCF and Multidisciplinary BIM processes
- proficiency with Dynamo and basic Python for BIM automation
- experience with COBie and information deliveries to client requirements
- familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud and basic Navisworks/Solibri for coordination
- basic understanding of IP protection and data security
- Languages: B2 minimum
- experience with HVAC, water, fire protection, electrical, telecom, and compressed air networks
