ING Bank N.V. is looking for a Savings Product Expert.ActivitiesAs a Savings Product Expert, you are end-to-end responsible for the Savings product proposition—from strategy and pricing to delivery and performance.You work in an Agile squad with cross-functional experts to drive commercial growth, optimize the customer journey, and ensure a competitive and compliant savings offering.ResponsibilitiesOwn and evolve the savings product roadmap, aligned with business and funding objectivesDesign and execute commercial initiatives (acquisition, upsell, retention)Define and steer pricing actions to ensure market competitiveness and profitabilityMonitor product performance and translate data into actionable insights and recommendationsImprove the end-to-end customer journey across digital channelsTranslate business needs into IT requirements and support delivery via Agile ways of workingManage stakeholders across Marketing, Analytics, Finance, Legal, Compliance and OperationsSupport backlog prioritization, change requests and production issue resolutionContribute to financial planning, forecasting and performance trackingEnsure full compliance with regulatory and governance requirementsCollaborate on global initiatives and share best practicesRequired skillsMaster’s degree (Economics, Engineering or similar)3+ years’ experience in product management, business analysis or project management in financial servicesStrong understanding of retail banking (savings/deposits is a plus)Experience with campaigns, pricing, and performance monitoringData-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsProactive, detail-oriented and able to deliver under pressureYou will play a key role in shaping a core funding product, directly impacting growth, customer experience, and financial performance—within a fast-paced,
