ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliManage commercial and contractual matters throughout the project lifecycle, including EPC, consortium, subcontract and supplier agreements. /liliSupport contract negotiations, procurement activities and contract administration, ensuring compliance and effective change management. /liliIdentify, assess and manage commercial risks, claims and contractual disputes, developing strategies to protect the company's interests. /liliCoordinate contractual correspondence, project documentation, reporting, guarantees, insurance and payment-related activities. /liliAdvise project teams and stakeholders on commercial and contractual matters, supporting successful project execution and close-out. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliUniversity degree in Engineering, Law or a related field, with knowledge of Italian contract law. /liliProven experience (minimum 5 years) in contract and commercial management within EPC and turnkey industrial projects. /liliStrong knowledge of standard contract forms (e.g. FIDIC, IChemE), subcontracting and service agreements.
