Network Technician (Freelance | Onsite IT Support) Job DescriptionWe are looking for Network Technicians to provide onsite IT and network support at the locations of a leading international retail client. This is a freelance, on-demand opportunity. Assignments will be allocated based on your geographic location and availability.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide onsite IT and network support at customer locations.Diagnose and resolve network and connectivity issues.Install and replace routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points, and other IT equipment.Perform hardware upgrades and break/fix support.Complete service reports and update support tickets after each intervention.Collaborate with remote support teams to resolve technical issues.RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in onsite IT support or network support.Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Wi‑Fi,



and VPN.Experience with Cisco, HP, Aruba, Fortinet, or equivalent vendors.Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.Fluent in Italian.Good command of English (mandatory).Preferred QualificationsCCNA, CompTIA Network+, or an equivalent networking certification.Experience providing IT support for retail stores or retail environments.What We OfferFlexible freelance engagement with on-demand assignments.Competitive compensation for each service intervention.Regular assignment opportunities with customers.Opportunity to work with a leading international retail organization.Potential for a long-term working relationship.#J-18808-Ljbffr
