**Internship Description** The intern under the supervision of the IT Supervisor will support the IT team in order to give IT and technical assistance to Milano Fashion and Design schools for the operation of classrooms and office users. Through the ticketing system, he / she will support in taking requests from staff and faculty regarding installation, configuration and hardware issues as well as software. He / She will support in IT setups for events, operation of all instrumentation and related software. he / she will learn how to handle first-level support activities for the figures: staff, faculty and students, including activities regarding the use of major platforms and software (Blackboard, Zoom, One-Login, etc..).Will understand how to handle maintenance activities of ICT instrumentation (PCs, MACs, meeting rooms, sound systems, printers, etc..). **Education & Skills**
- Diploma or degree in a computer science or mathematics field
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships with numerous departments and employees
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Strong customer service interest
- Good knowledge of English
