We are looking for a **Visual Merchandiser & Trade Marketing Coordinator** to join our **#Squad **located in Milan. In this role, you will implement visual merchandising standards and guidelines at the store level (jewelers + boutique), that are consistent with Breitling’s standards and directives. **Your responsibilities**: - Prepare Order form for TM materials and needs, considering new opening, renew of the POS, special animation/launch
- Update of Brand visibility to be always in line with HQ guidelines and specifications
- Update and organize a clear overview of the TM distribution
- Manage of the new POS opening, corner and SIS projects, special windows
- Quarterly report of the Trade Marketing overview
- Update of Brand visibility to be always in line with HQ guidelines and specifications
- Collaborate and support the Retail Manager for the Boutique opening with TM decoration, items and following the Boutique guidelines




- Support the Event department for the set up in special location/POS
- Support the Retail department for special needs, TM requirements, special occasion **Your profile**: - You have at least 4 years of visual merchandising experience and strong visual and merchandising skills, preferably within the jewelry or fashion industry
- You are able to plan and prioritize in order to maximize selling opportunities
- You are accurate, precise and have amazing communication and organization skills
- You have good knowledge of tools and measuring devices, and you have strongly proficient in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Power Point and Excel
- You are available to travel 70% of your working time
