As a Medical Representative, you will interface with healthcare professionals (HCP) and retailers, within a specified territory, in order to compliantly drive recommendation / advocacy / prescriptions of these products for the HCP and to increase the sell-out in the Retailers. You will ensure proper communication with local colleagues and other relevant team members to better manage the business, and you will achieve goals within approved deadlines,



while maintaining constant monitoring of KPI's.A day in the life of a Medical RepresentativeOrganize and carry out training activities for pharmacists with the aim of encouraging the sales of Nestlé Health Science products.Provide scientific information about the characteristics of products in the Nestlè Health Science portfolio to HCP and retailers.Seek differentiation and collaborate as a consultant with pharmacists for the management of the categories covered in Nestlé Health Science portfolio.Regularly visit HCPs/opinion leaders of the specified territory, responding to their needs and managing opportunities, objections and critical issues.What will make you successful?Proficient in Microsoft Office and database usageStrong negotiation and selling skillsExcellent organizational and communication skillsMedical Representative or Pharmaceutical Representative experience is a plus.Working in a multidisciplinary team with different types of HCP'sCompetent in presenting to large groupsExperience with the HCP's and the retailers in the assigned territory would be advantageous.What we offer?At Nestlé we believe that success is driven by people.
