ph3ROLE SUMMARY /h3pLeads group-level indirect procurement across defined categories, translating group procurement strategy into clear objectives and category plans that deliver measurable value. Drives cross-entity synergies, ensures stakeholder alignment and governance compliance, and develops team capabilities. Analyses and shares market trends, and ensures transparent reporting to continuously improve cost, quality, and service. /ph3MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES /h3ulliTranslate Group Procurement strategy into actionable category plans and support Emmi Group companies across key indirect spend categories (Professional Services, Temporary Labor, Marketing and ICT), ensuring effective execution and value delivery, with a primary focus on supporting Emmi Desserts Italia (EDITA). /liliAct as International Lead Buyer (ILB) for Professional Services, Human Resources, ICT, and Marketing services and solutions. /liliCoach and support other ILBs in defining and executing multi-year indirect category strategies; perform ILB duties directly for assigned categories where applicable. /liliIdentify, plan, and implement cross-entity synergies (demand bundling, specification harmonization, supplier consolidation, shared contract frameworks) to maximize value and standardize practices across Emmi companies. /liliBuild and continuously optimize the group indirect procurement organization, capabilities, methods, and talent development, with a dotted line to the relevant ILB for ILB-specific activities. /liliSupport and train the local indirect procurement team at Emmi Desserts Italia (EDITA), aligning group standards with local needs, in coordination with the EDITA Head of Procurement. /liliBuild and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders at group and business-unit level, ensuring structured involvement in decision-making. /liliDrive cost savings, quality improvement, service performance, and procurement excellence across indirect spend. /li /ulh3COMPETENCES SKILLS /h3ulliAbility to translate business strategy into actionable plans.
