ph3The Role /h3 pAs a bFinancial Analyst /b, you will join our finance team and support data-driven decision-making across the company. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career finance professional who is eager to grow in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. /p pYou will work closely with senior finance team members and cross-functional stakeholders. This role focuses on accounting records, help with financial reporting, bank transactions and continuous improvement of financial processes, providing strong exposure to the financial operations of a global product company. /p ul lipThis is a bfully onsite position /b, based at our office in Lisbon, where you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in person and contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment. bWe are open to support with relocation efforts. /b /p /li /ul h3Responsibilities /h3 ul lipSupport the month-end closing activities and related reporting. /p /li lipPrepare recurring and ad-hoc financial reports to support decision-making. /p /li lipPerforming accounting records, bank transactions and support tax compliance activities. /p /li lipCollaborate with teams such as Product, Marketing and Operations to gather data and align financial insights with business goals. /p /li lipSupport the review and reconciliation of expense reports, bank statements, AR balances and AP balances. /p /li lipSupport cash flow monitoring and cost analysis efforts. /p /li lipContribute to the continuous improvement and automation of financial processes and tools, including ERP and expense management systems. /p /li lipEnsure accuracy and consistency of financial data through careful review and reconciliation activities.



/p /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul lipApproximately 1 year of experience in finance, financial analysis, accounting, or a related area. /p /li lipDegree in Finance, Management, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. /p /li lipStrong analytical skills with attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving. /p /li lipComfort working with Excel or Google Sheets; experience with financial systems or ERPs (such as Netsuite, Payhawk, Ramp, or similar tools) is a plus. /p /li lipBasic understanding of financial statements (PL, balance sheet, cash flow). /p /li lipAbility to communicate financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders. /p /li lipProactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. /p /li lipFluent in English, both written and verbal. /p /li /ul h3Why Join Air Apps?
