International Accounting Specialist

In this role, you will coordinate international accounting activities across GCT and the broader GOSP, driving compliant payables and centralized receivables operations. You’ll support RPA/AI initiatives and SAP migration under the Unit Head, shaping best practices and guidelines for international accounting. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure IFRS compliance and local regulatory alignment while contributing to the group’s digitization and process automation goals.

- Manage accounts payable operations in line with IFRS and GOSP policies
- Oversee asset accounting and maintenance of tax and asset registers
- Update and maintain local accounting tools per regulatory changes




- Support treasury activities including payment requests and cash collection
- Lead or progressively take control of accounts receivable operations for the group
- Assist Unit Head with RPA/AI implementation projects
- Contribute to SAP migration program as PMO
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with Financial Closing and DQ & RR unit
- Ensure compliance and drive process improvements across international operations
- 5+ years in accounting, finance, or related fields
- Bachelor in Economics, Finance, or Accounting (as minimum)
- Italian C1 (written and spoken)
- English B2 (written and spoken)
- Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP SRV and SAP 4HANA
- PMO experience is a plus
- Experience in complex international environments is a plus
