Specialista Senior / Project Manager

In this role, you will lead the learning strategy for Marketing & Sales across ABB’s Electrification divisions. You will partner with HR and business leaders to design and govern commercial learning initiatives that align with the group HR strategy and business needs.

You’ll manage end-to-end learning design, leverage digital tools, and integrate AI to modernize learning. You will drive learner experience, measurement, and global collaboration to scale impact across a multinational organization.

- Lead development of best-in-class commercial learning solutions aligned with M&S; needs and future capabilities
- Oversee end-to-end learning design including leadership development ecosystems
- Define learning objectives and KPIs; drive improvement using analytics and feedback (NPS)
- Ensure engaging learner experiences via digital learning platforms and content integration
- Promote AI across learning development and explore new learning technologies
- Manage learning campaigns, promotions, and marketing to maximize reach




- Optimize the learning system and governance; support budgeting and investments
- Collaborate across divisions and with SMEs; partner with external vendors for design and delivery
- Build and mentor an effective learning team in line with HR policies
- Bachelor in Organizational Development
- 12+ years of global experience in learning and development or organizational development
- Experience in sales organization is a strong asset
- Exceptional listening, consultative, and influencing skills
- Ability to translate business needs into development offers with strong business acumen
- Experience with talent management and organizational effectiveness strategies
- Entrepreneurial mindset and experience with innovative learning tools
- Strong relationship-building and influencing capabilities
