ph3Overview /h3 pOur client is a fast-growing European company operating in the bautomotive aftermarket /b, specialized in the production and distribution of high-quality blubricants, antifreeze, AdBlue /b, and related products. /p pAs part of its strategic expansion in Italy— already established few years ago—we’re seeking a /p pThe ideal candidate has baround 7 / 10 years of solid experience in sales within the Lubricant’s sector /b and is motivated by a role offering a high degree of autonomy and full ownership of the Italian business. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage the existing revenue /li liLead full commercial operations of the Italian market and further develop the local market. /li liIdentify and establish contact with potential customers for the extensive portfolio of products (ideal customer for cross selling) /li liDevelop sales both for private-label customers and own brands on a Full-Truck Load (FTL)



basis /li liProvide feedback regarding products performance, competition, market trends, newest developments in the Italian market /li liRepresent the company in all major industry events taking place in Italy /li liConduct extensive reporting and being responsible for continuous updates to HQ. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liExcellent knowledge and established contacts in the Italian market on a FTL basis /li liAbility to understand and evaluate competitiveness of the company’s portfolio. /li liOutstanding networking ability /li liFluency in English /li /ul h3What the company is offering /h3 ul liA dynamic environment of robust development (+30% 2025 vs 2024) /li liCompetitive remuneration package (fixed + MBO) /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
