In this role you will provide hands-on, on-site IT support to colleagues to ensure daily operations run smoothly. You will work with Windows devices, Microsoft 365, printers, and local infrastructure, resolving incidents and escalations as needed. You will collaborate with central IT teams and partners, and support manufacturing IT systems in an industrial setting. The position offers-site presence with some flexibility to work remotely where operationally feasible.
