We are looking for Network Technicians to provide onsite IT and network support services for a leading international retail client across various customer locations.This is a freelance, on-demand opportunity, with assignments allocated based on your geographic location and availability.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide onsite IT and network support at customer locations.Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve network connectivity issues.Install, configure, and replace routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points, and other IT equipment.Perform hardware upgrades, maintenance, and break/fix support.Complete service reports and update support tickets after each onsite intervention.Collaborate with remote support teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in onsite IT support or network support.Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Wi-Fi,



and VPN.Hands-on experience with networking equipment from Cisco, HP, Aruba, Fortinet, or equivalent vendors.Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.Valid driver 's license and willingness totravel to customer sites.Good command of English (mandatory).Preferred QualificationsCCNA, CompTIA Network+, or an equivalent networking certification.Previous experience delivering IT support within retail stores or retail environments.What We OfferFlexible freelance engagement with on-demand assignments.Competitive compensation for each completed service intervention.Ongoing opportunities to work on customer projects.The opportunity to support a leading international retail organization.Potential for a long-term freelance collaboration.#J-18808-Ljbffr
