For our client, a leader multinational company in heating and plumbing sector, we are looking for a:
**TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST.** **Main Responsibilities**: - Advice and assistance to staff and customers in product handling, taking applicable norms and regulations into account
- Holding product-training sessions for staff and support in holding customer training sessions
- Internal expert for purposes of technical complaint process
- Communication of technical product information to Sales
- Support for country managers in detailed technical questions relating to products
- Consolidation of new requirements by market to be met by Division. **Job Skills and Requirements**: - Technical Institute Diploma or recent graduate in Engineering




- At least 3/5 years of experience in the same role. The experience made in heating and plumbing field will be considered a stronger plus.
- Good knowledge in written/spoken English is mandatory
- Expertise in technical analysis
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
