_VRV, part of Chart Industries Inc., is an important industrial reality present for more than 60 years in the international arena both in the design and production of pressure equipment for the Oil & Gas sectors, and in the engineering and manufacture of insulation tanks for the distribution and storage of gas in the Cryogenic sector, as well as a company operating in the Automotive HNLG business._ This position will support finance activities and P&L; ownership for segments and products within Europe operations. Position is accountable for financial activities including monthly, quarterly, and annual business analysis, supporting the business leaders in forecasting and decision making as well as supporting the segments annual and 3-year strategic plan.
- **What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be **_
- Operate in a fast paced, cross-functional, and high energy environment
- Manage P&L; performance and product profitability alongside Finance and Operations leadership teams
- Assist in forecasting and annual budgeting process, reviewing inputs from business, identifying key variances as well as risks and opportunities
- Assist in monthly financial close process, reporting, and variance analysis
- Identify operational impacts affecting results by analyzing data, converting it into meaningful performance indicators and actionable items
- Provide ad hoc analysis and lead special projects, through self-discovery and as requested
- **Requirements & Preferred Qualifications will be **_
- 2+ years of progressive finance experience with a progression of roles that include financial analysis/financial modeling.
- Advanced business/financial modeling, analytical and quantitative reasoning; able to resolve business problems with well-structured analyses and communicate effectively
- Experience working in a manufacturing business or an advanced and demonstrated understanding of manufacturing accounting is a plus
- Proficiency with business planning techniques and related development of key performance indicators and systems of accountability
- Experience with SAP (CO and FI modules)
- Advanced Microsoft Suite skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook,etc.)
- Fluent knowledge of English
