Only through investment in talent engagement, professional development, and recognition, our people can express their potential and build a fulfilling career.**What we are looking for**Amplifon is looking for a talented Planning & Control Manager to join the Global Planning & Control team in our HQ in Milan.W ith solid line to the Group Planning and Control Sr Director the person is going to support the management in taking relevant decisions by providing insights and analysis on the business performance.The Global Planning & Control function is promoting the key added value initiatives for the group and is determining long and short-term financial goals,



outlining the company's financial direction.You are going to work in a truly fast-paced international environment in a business constantly evolving where you will be part of a new challenge with great empowerment and growth opportunities.**Position **detail**The Global Planning & Con trol Manager will be accountable for: - Management of direct costs at global level
- Overseeing indirect costs saving tracking for corporate and countries
- Monitor ing functions expenses
- Challenging countries for ensuring deployment of global initiatives
- Liaison with Corporate and countries for ensuring achievement of financial targets
- Lead ing 3 Years Strategic Plan, monthly Forecast and Closing processes
- Preparation of management reporting for the board of directors
- Guide and coach a resource **What **you'll need**Education and experienceUniversity degree (with preference to Economics)Max 6 -8 years of experience in Planning & Control functionPrevious experience in a multinational and complex environmentAdditional international experience as a plus **Skills**: - Fluent English
