**GLOBAL TRAINEE - Continuous Improvement** Have you just graduated? Are you graduating? Your first assignment will be in **Planning - Continuous Improvement **and the main activities and responsibility in the position will be to give support to all the activities related to the continuous Improvement for all the Italian Mills. **Requirements**:
**Degree**: Mechanical / Management Engineer **Language**: English - advanced, **IT tools**: Excel, SAP, Outlook, Windows;

- Fast learner and ability to integrate fast
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
