Westhouse è una società leader che opera nel campo della ricerca & selezione del personale, gestione di progetti ed è autorizzata a tempo indeterminato per la somministrazione di lavoro con Autorizzazione Ministeriale Prot. n. 0000095 del 03/08/2018 We are looking for a **Safety and Security HW-SW development **reporting hierarchically to the **Head of SW Release, Integration, Safety Whole Vehicle **and functionally to the **Coordinator of Architecture, Safe and Secure vehicle development**. Youwill be responsible to define and distribute requirements impacting the integration of ECU’s and electronic systems in the vehicle electronic architecture. You will steer and support the robust development of electronic systems/devices, cooperating with safety & security development, suppliers and functions/component owners.
- Build up and maintain the knowledge about applicable VW Group norms for the in-use E/E platform, regarding e.g. Network protocols, Diagnostic, Software, Mechatronics, Low voltage Energy management, Security
- Support on specific topics the R&D; development areas with: - Electronic integration specification knowledge (protocols, diagnostic, low voltage energy management, network management)
- HW-SW expert consultancy (low level SW, SW Architecture, HW review), to ensure a robust development
- Support the vehicle Electronic Architect technical Project leader in the feasibility and technical analysis of new concepts;
- Support the Safety & Security development in the individuation of the assets impacted by Cyber Security/Functional Safety at each new implementation on the vehicle;
- Starting from Security goals /Safety Goals (provided by Safety & Security development), support the internal/external suppliers reviewing Cyber Security/Functional Safety technical concepts for all the relevant control units;
- Coordinate the HW-SW robustness review;
- Coordinate the creation of vehicle XML diagnosis files (PDX) according to the project development plans (PEP);
- Prepare for each project, the necessary reports of the activities status and related critical to align the Coordination of architecture, safe and secure vehicle development;
- Perform the steering of external resources during high workload peaks. **Requisiti**
- Engineering degree or technical institute
- At least 6 years’ experience in similar role
- Fully proficient in English, German as a plus but not mandatory
- Experience in Automotive, Manufacturing Industries (similar processes/ complexity)
- Planning and organization
- Self-confident especially under work pressures
